As CTO of BeMe AI, Mark leverages technical and neurodiversity insights to evolve the BeMe Platform.
Prior, he was CTO for auticon, the autistic consulting company, where he created and led new technology practices. Before that he served as CTO/CISO for Daffinity Technologies, where he led a team developing an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and hired a team of 12 to found a Receivables Marketplace Platform called APiO.
Mark’s code and the code he has reviewed runs on more than a quarter million nodes within eBay, PayPal, and many other companies. His most significant accomplishment, starting the grass roots program to take PayPal from 99.2% reliability to 99.99%, continues to pay dividends today.
He has also served companies like Lego Foundation, Dell and IBM; various nonprofits like Perthes Kids Foundation, Echoing Hope Ranch, and United States Space Foundation; governments like the State of Texas General Land Office and U.S. State Department; and most importantly individuals at those places and more. Mark has tried his hand at founding companies (5 of 6 successful), product management, inventing (1 patent), sales, and unfortunately, Dad jokes.
Mark is married with two adult children. He loves to trail run and snowboard. In his spare time, he is writing a book about a new way of thinking about product and technical quality.
